The Health Care Management Program in the Department of Management and Organization at our Vocational School will host an important webinar focused on the field of health communication. The event, featuring Research Assistant Deniz Güneş from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ordu University as the speaker, will address the topic “The Communication Process for Delivering Death Notices in Hospitals: Experiences from Turkey and Italy.”

The topic of conveying death notifications—one of the sensitive communication processes in healthcare institutions—will be evaluated within the framework of examples from Turkey and Italy; cultural differences, implementation processes, and professional communication approaches will be shared with participants.
